A Personal CD is a hypnotherapy program that I create specifically for you to address your own individual  problems or issues.

Because it is made with just you in mind, with your personal information, your subconscious mind (inner mind) responds extremely well to the imagery and suggestions. The results are noticeable and you may continue to use the CD as long as you like until you reach the desired results. 

Results are not guaranteed as certain issues take more than one session to resolve.

Personal CDs may be made for any of the issues that you see on this web site or a combination of issues to be determined during our 15 minute phone consultation. Your Personal CD will be made as soon as possible and guaranteed to be made within two weeks.
