Smoking
The
addiction to cigarettes may seem impossible to some to break,
but with only one session 85% of my clients can quit smoking.
The habit of smoking is a subconscious habit, so it makes
sense to go to the subconscious mind to stop.
Through your senses (taste, smell, etc.) you reject the
habit physically, then release the emotional tie (cigarettes
as your friend), and then release the mental connection
with cigarettes to your daily routine.
Withdrawal
symptoms are released, and you receive three replacement
behaviors so that you feel comfortable in your daily routine
without smoking.
The
new image of yourself as a non-smoker is reinforced with
lots of self-esteem and confidence. It is the easiest way
to quit forever!
