HOW TO USE HYPNOSIS PROGRAMS

To use these programs simply find a quiet place where you will be uninterrupted. Listen once a day for the first two weeks for the best results, and on an as needed basis after that. Listen anytime, but for convenience, listen when you get in bed at night and are just about to drift off into sleep. Your subconscious mind hears everything for the first half hour of sleep. Another easy time to listen is just as you are waking in the morning.  Each program is about thirty minutes of spoken words combined with relaxing music. You will enter a very relaxed state so please do not listen to the programs while driving a motor vehicle.
